We work alongside Realtors to support their Frisco clients when leasing or property management is needed—without disrupting the relationship you’ve built.


Our role is simple: we provide high-level property management while you remain the trusted advisor for your client’s long-term real estate decisions.

How We Support You

When you refer a client to Brubaker Property Management, you’re not handing them off—you’re expanding your service offering.


We operate as a complementary extension of your business, ensuring your client receives professional property management while your role as their Realtor remains intact.

Relationship Continuity

Your relationship with your client remains central.

  • You remain their go-to resource for future real estate decisions
  • We do not step into brokerage or sales representation
  • We reinforce and respect the relationship you’ve already established


Our role is focused solely on leasing and day-to-day property management.

When Your Client is Ready to Sell

If your client decides to sell:

  • You are the first call
  • We immediately direct all sales conversations back to you
  • We do not pursue listings or introduce competing representation


Our goal is to ensure you remain the natural next step when your client transitions from leasing to selling.

Leasing Fees

Leasing fees are not sales commissions and are not shared with the referring Realtor.

Property owners always retain full discretion to select any real estate professional of their choosing—or none at all—for the sale of their property.


This program does not create an exclusive agency relationship or guarantee future listing representation. It exists to promote transparency, professionalism, and respect for established relationships.

Have a Client Who Isn’t Ready to Sell?

For clients who are relocating, maintaining multiple residences, or who travel frequently, we offer home management services designed for non-tenant-occupied residences.


This is a high-touch, concierge-style service that provides ongoing property oversight, vendor coordination, and routine home checks to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard year-round.


It is particularly valuable for second homes, executive relocations, and homeowners who want a single trusted point of contact while they are away.


This allows you to continue supporting your client, even when they are not actively leasing or selling.
